Shipping Procedures for Webcovers.com

Webcovers.com offers free shipping on most all our products we sell on the website.  Free shipping is limited to the Continental US only.  Webcovers.com will ship most products on our website to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico for an additional shipping charge.  Contact Customer Service, before placing your order, for the shipping charges.  This offer for free shipping is available for a limited time and Webcovers.com reserves the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.

Webcovers.com ships primarily with UPS and Fed-Ex Ground.  These carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  Webcovers.com will ship to these types of addresses but you will need to contact customer service before placing your order to obtain shipping charges. 

If your order requires faster shipping please contact customer service to obtain availability and shipping charges.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Free Shipping is not available on expedited shipping.

When will my order ship?

Most items that are on the site are custom made- to-order items.  You will be given an estimated time frame for delivery once the order has been placed with the factory.  If you need expedited production and or want to know if an item is in stock, please call our customer service line or email us.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Webcovers.com will send you an email when your order ships with a tracking number so please make sure you have entered your email address correctly.

Canada Shipments

Webcovers.com ships most products on the website to Canada.  There is an additional shipping charge for this.  Orders will be shipped by UPS or USPS (upon request).  UPS charges will be collected upon delivery for the taxes, duties and sur-charges as we do not pay for these charges.  We do not accept returns on items shipped to Canada due to refusal by the customer to accept delivery based on these charges.  For an estimate on what you will be charged, contact UPS International or log onto the UPS website as Webcovers cannot give you an estimate on these charges.
