Covercraft Custom Car Covers:

Covercraft will not accept returns on Custom-Fit covers manufactured in WeatherShield HD, WeatherShield®HP custom colors, Form-Fit™ and Sunbrella® fabrics. These items are non-returnable and will only be evaluated for warranty issues or repairs. In addition, older custom-fit patterns and low-demand patterns are also non-returnable. If you have any questions about this policy and how it pertains to your vehicle, please call us at 1-800-503-2727.

- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

- If you were not charged for shipping, this will be subtracted from your refund amount.

- Shipping charges are not refunded for any reason.  


- Dash Mats and Floor Mats with logo or monogramming cannot be returned.


- All returns must have a return authorization number or they will not be accepted. For this RA # please call us at: 1-800-503-2727. Please have your order ID number, date you placed this order with us and the reason for the return.  We will do our best to accommodate you with the return, but cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will accept the return.

- Returns must be in the original box and in new, unused condition. The manufacturer reserves the right to accept or deny a return due to the condition of the cover.  They will not accept any returns with grease stains, tire smudges, dirt or debris that would otherwise cause the cover not to be in resalable condition.

- Webcovers will not accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the date
  purchased.


How do you return a product that is under warranty?

All manufacturers’ warranties apply and no other warranties are either expressed or implied. Please check with the manufacturer for complete details on the warranty offered and keep all paperwork received with your shipment for warranty purposes. Webcovers will not be responsible for warranty claims as the warranty that comes with your cover is a manufacturer warranty.  If you have a warranty issue or need to return a cover that is under warranty, please call our customer service line and we will contact the manufacturer for a return claim number.  You will be responsible for shipping the item back to the factory.  The manufacturer will contact us with any concerns on the return and will let us know when it has been repaired or replaced with a tracking number.  The manufacturer reserves the right to either accept or deny a warranty return due to the condition of the cover.
